Local Criminal And Traffic Related Representation
When you have been charged with a criminal offense in Florida it is essential that you obtain experienced legal representation. The best attorney is a local attorney in the area where your case will go to court. I represent people charged with minor crimes and criminal traffic offenses in and around the Orlando area.
Hiring An Attorney
The hiring of an Attorney to represent you in a criminal case is a very important decision that you must make. Do not rely on advertisements alone. Contact several criminal defense lawyers in the area where you were arrested. Prepare questions to ask and set up a consultation. Make your decision on who to hire an informed decision.
Do Not Wait Until the Last Minute
If you have been arrested, time is of the essence. The earlier you hire an attorney for your case the better prepared that attorney can be for your defense. Most criminal defense attorneys will have time to see you the week you call.
Setting Up A Consultation
I have been practicing criminal law for over 20 years in the Central Florida area. If you want me to represent you I require the following:
- You must be honest with me regarding what happened. Not telling me the truth will only hurt you in the end. I need to know everything so that I can present the best defense for you.
- I cannot predict the future. I can give you an idea of what may happen in court but you have to accept that it is only my guess. This is not a reflection on my experience except to say things can change rather quickly in court.
- I typically do not accept payment plans. My fee is a flat fee that must be paid in advance. If you are charged with a felony I also require the payment of costs for depositions in advance.
I currently defend minor misdemeanor cases involving possession, petit theft, criminal traffic violations, and violations of probation.
Please fill out the form below. I will contact you typically within 24 hours. My initial contact will probably by email so please watch your email account:
