Alachua County: Gainesville

Removing the Past
for a Better Tomorrow.

A person arrested in Alachua County, Florida, must petition the court within that county for a criminal arrest record expungement or sealing. I have represented people seeking record expungements and sealing in Gainesville and High Springs, and all of Alachua County since 2002.

Gainesville is a college town, home to the University of Florida. Many clients are past students who made a silly mistake and some are people from Gainesville who just need to clear up that past mistake.
