Starting your expungement today can be quick and easy. Submit the form below and we will email you information that answers most of your questions and gives you a worksheet to fill out. Return the attached worksheet and we will:
- Determine if you qualify for either an arrest record sealing or expungement.
- Let you decide if you want to have us represent you.
- Provide you with payment options to get started.
Starting Your Florida Expungement
Providing us with a little information will go a long way in determining if and for what you qualify. Qualifying means you are eligible to either “seal” or “expunge” your arrest record.
When we determine if you qualify, we will also explain any possible issues that may arise.
We Will Send You an Informative Email
The email you will receive is long but it is quite informative. We try to answer all of your questions in advance. Additionally, it is in writing so if anything changes on our end (such as fees) after you hired us, you have that email to keep your expungement process going just as we discussed.
Attached to the email is a worksheet. After you have read the email and all your questions have been answered to your satisfaction, you can fill out the worksheet and return it to us.
The worksheet asks for your contact information and information regarding the arrest that you want us to seal or expunge. The information is necessary for us to determine if you qualify.
Pay Authorization Form
The worksheet also has a pay authorization form. You do not have to return that until you hire us.
Everything you submit will be kept in strict confidentiality. We do not share your information with anyone.
Once your record has been sealed or expunged, all original records will be mailed to you – we keep nothing except electronic copies in case you need them in the future. If requested in writing (email), we will also destroy these records as well.
If you decide to start your expungement or sealing, we have several payment methods.
- Pay via credit or debit card through a secure link.
- Pay with cash. Please do not send cash through the mail.
- Money Order or Cashiers Check. We do not accept personal checks.
- Western Union (add an additional $25 per transfer).

The Expungement Packet
The “expungement (sealing) packet” is a hold-over term from the days when all the documents were in paper form and had to be picked up at the Clerk’s Office. These packets were sent to the Clerk’s Offices directly from FDLE. If you did not use that packet, it was rejected by FDLE. Today we create the packet and email it to you.
