Informative Email
The email you will receive is long but it is quite informative. I try to answer all of your questions in advance. Additionally, it is in writing so if anything changes on our end (such as fees) after you hired us, you have that email to keep the process going just as we discussed.

Pay Authorization Form
If you decide to hire us, you can conveniently pay with credit or debit card via a secure link I will send you. I never know your credit/debit card info. A pay authorization form does need to be signed by the payer.
Strict Confidentiality
Everything you submit will be kept in strict confidentiality. We do not share your information with anyone.
Once the process has been completed, all original records will be mailed to you – we keep nothing except electronic copies in case you need them in the future. If requested in writing (email), we will also destroy these records as well.
Payment Methods
If you decide to start your expungement or sealing, we have several payment methods.
- Pay via credit or debit card through a secure link.
- Pay with cash. Please do not send cash through the mail.
- Money Order or Cashiers Check. We do not accept personal checks.
- Western Union (add an additional $25 per transfer).
