Where to Pay Your Traffic Ticket

Pay Your Fines When Due

Avoid a Suspension For Unpaid Fines

Below are the locations of the Clerk of Court Offices [all] in Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake Counties (and the collection agencies used in Florida) along with a link to their website. You must pay your traffic fines and costs at the Clerk’s office where the citation was received. Some Offices allow for payment through their website. Regardless of how you pay make sure you obtain a receipt.

If your driving privileges have been suspended make sure you receive “D6” documentation when you pay off your citation. You must then take the D6 to the Department of Motor Vehicles to reinstate your license. Note: Some Clerk’s are directly filing the D6 saving you the trouble of taking it to the DMV.

Do not just a pay a traffic ticket. Either elect a driving school or hire an attorney to take it to a hearing. Just paying a traffic ticket will put points on your license if it is classified as a moving violation.
