Florida Expungement and Sealing Appellate Case Law
The case law, a must read for all DIY petitioners, is very important if you need to preserve the record for appeal. Caselaw links are to Google Scholar. The cases you think you will need for a hearing should be printed out and brought to the hearing. Always highlight, circle, make notes on the cases you print to allow you to focus on the key parts you want to reference.
