If a Hearing is Required

If a hearing is required I encourage you to attend the hearing with me. Depending on the court, attendance may be remote (via Zoom, Teams, etc.) or in-person. If it is in-person, I suggest you try to be there if you are within driving distance. If you are not, I still may be able to appear without you and still get this done. Regardless, I will discuss all your options before the hearing date arrives.

Try to arrive early to find a spot. Bring plenty of change. If you are willing to walk, free parking is available off of the main avenues.
