If a Hearing is Required
If a hearing is required I encourage you to attend the hearing with me. Depending on the court, attendance may be remote (via Zoom, Teams, etc.) or in-person. If it is in-person, I suggest you try to be there if you are within driving distance. If you are not, I still may be able to appear without you and still get this done. Regardless, I will discuss all your options before the hearing date arrives.
Parking at Courthouse, Gainesville, Florida
If an expungement hearing is required in Gainesville, parking can be an issue. Parking is available in a dedicated parking area and metered parking spots surrounding the courthouse. Try to arrive early to find a spot. Bring plenty of change. If you are willing to walk, free parking is available off of the main avenues.
